The first time I had dinner at Lighthouse Resto + Bar was
with my siblings a few months back. We have these monthly dates and are always
on the lookout for new places to dine in and experience. My younger sister
highly recommended this restaurant, claiming it is one of the best restaurants
she has been to in Iloilo City.
Well, she was right. We had a grand time that evening,
catching up with the latest news over a sumptuous spread of great food.
A few weeks ago, I returned to this charming dining place with my fellow bloggers. I must say the restaurant is consistent with the
quality of its food and service. Again, I went home that evening with my cravings
satisfied and a smile on my face.
International Cuisine
Lighthouse Resto + Bar serves a fusion of international
cuisines that can meet anyone’s discriminating palate. Aside from the mouthwatering
food and impeccable service, what makes dining there great is that one can have
something American, Japanese, Mediterranean, Mexican and Filipino in just one sitting. The owners
got the inspiration for its menu from the broad travel experience of one of
their sons who is a flight steward and a foodie.

Artfully Decorated
The restaurant has a cozy ambiance that makes diners feel
right at home. Upon entrance, I can’t help but admire the charming interior
design. It was really a pleasure dining
with family and friends amidst the huge, beautiful paintings that
dominate the walls.
