Saint Honore residential tower soon to rise in Megaworld Iloilo Business Park

Property giant Megaworld launched its 6th residential tower in Iloilo Business Park – Saint Honore. This 10-storey condominium will be an exclusive residential community inspired by the classic architectural designs of the shophouses, boutiques, museums and retail rows of Rue Saint-Honore, a historical street in Paris, France.

“Ilonggos will get to experience the world-renowned beauty of Paris with Saint Honore. Amidst all of its grandeur and Parisian lifestyle, future residents are assured of utmost exclusivity, privacy, and serene atmosphere in this first-of-its-kind residential enclave in Iloilo,” says Jennifer Palmares-Fong, vice president for sales and marketing, Iloilo Business Park Megaworld.

The new residential tower’s striking and elegant façade will emanate a timeless luxury and cast a romantic ambiance in the evening with its lights turned on. Located along the Festive Walk, it completes the European-inspired architecture of the entire street.

“Saint Honore will be a short walk to and from Richmone Hotel, Marriot Courtyard Hotel, the Iloilo Convention Center and the Festive Walk Mall. Walkability around the township is a key selling point of this development,” adds Palmares-Fong.

Saint Honore will only have 168 units ranging from studio to executive 2-bedrooms, with floor area varying from 24.59 to 77.55 square meters, and select units having its own lanai or balcony for residents to enjoy the impressive view of the township and the entire Iloilo City.

Modern facilities will include a lifestyle amenity deck on the third floor, where there will be a swimming pool, kiddie pool, pool lounge, Jacuzzi, function halls and a fitness center.

What makes this new condominium different from the other residential towers in the Iloilo Business Park is that it has an atrium at the ground level. Being the centrepiece of the development, it is replete with garden landscape and a trellised seating, providing refreshing, verdant scenery amidst the boutiques and retails shops that border the ground floor.

Security and privacy is of utmost concern, so the residential lobby will be equipped with closed-circuit TV (CCTV) cameras, video-phone security system in all units, and a centralized security command center. Residents are assured of 24-hour surveillance of all building facilities and amenities.

The vibrant integrated urban township of Megaworld will also generate more jobs for Ilonggos with the full operation of all its residential towers as well as the opening of Festive Walk Mall, more BPOs, restaurants, boutiques, banks and other business establishments.

Target turn-over of Saint Honore is on June 30, 2021.
