held the groundbreaking ceremony of the amenity area of One Spatial Iloilo, as

Las Marias added that since the project’s inception in 2015,
the support from the Ilonggos has been remarkable. “We are proud to report that
the units in building 1 are selling faster than we expected and will soon be
ready for turnover to the first batch of buyers. It is overwhelming since this
is Filinvest’s first project in the Island of Panay.”

The completion of the amenity area and the turnover of the
building 1 units are on schedule to ensure that its residents are given a
complete living experience. Similarly, the construction of building 2 is
already in full swing. Following the success of One Spatial Iloilo, Las Marias
