Christmas came early to a thousand students
of Ticud Elementary School in Lapaz, Iloilo City.
Employees of SM City Iloilo gladly
volunteered last October 1, 2018 to deliver brand new school shoes to the
students of the said school.
The shoes came with a card with a message
of inspiration for the recipient, personally written by the employee who bought
the particular pair/s.

Gabinete, welcomed the team as she delivered her message of appreciation on
behalf of the school.
Asst. Mall Manager Marilee Biboso in her
remarks reiterated the importance of education and how a good pair of shoes can
greatly help in the daily grind of the students.

department managers and their staff.

The activity is part of SM’s 60th anniversary celebration and aim to provide 60,000 pairs of shoes to
underprivileged schoolchildren nationwide.
