Ang Kamalig relaunches after undergoing renovation, and introduces
the Ilonggo Table, the newest offering on their menu. This move is made in
preparation for the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions/Conferences, and
Exhibitions) activities of the city.
Truly Ilonggo
Leading to their 5th year, Ang Kamalig went back
to its roots, the culture and the history of the Ilonggo people. Ask any
Ilonggo about their childhood memories and food will always be in their
stories. This is the inspiration of Chef Miguel TreƱas and his team as they come
up with the Ilonggo Table group meals.
