The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo's “Red Coat Movement” sparks human connection and levels up personal engagement to bring forth the best patient experience.
Officially unveiled on September 27, the program is giving C.A.R.E. a new meaning as the program aims to bring patient partnership to a whole new level through Compassion, Assistance, Relationship and Empathy - the values that Red Coat Ambassador should possess.
The said program is open to all TMC Iloilo employees and other volunteers who has the passion to serve with a heart and spark human connection and engagement through meaningful conversations.
“Care is the center of everything that we do at TMC Iloilo. Driven by core value of patient partnership, we are giving CARE a new meaning as testament of our commitment of bringing not only quality and trailblazing healthcare services, but also the best customer service to our patient partners,” TMC Iloilo Chief Marketing Officer Prince Juliene Hermaine Celo noted.
On his part, TMC Iloilo Chief Executive Officer Dr. Felix Ray Villa said, “TMC Iloilo strives to provide a holistic healthcare that does not only heal them physically, but also nurtures the total being of our patient partners”.
“We exist for the purpose of inspiring every person to always choose to be healthy both in mind and body. As healthcare givers, we are doing our best to help our patients realize the best version of themselves,” Dr. Villa added.
