TMC Iloilo unveils Red Coat Movement

The Medical City (TMC) Iloilo's “Red Coat Movement” sparks human connection and levels up personal engagement to bring forth the best patient experience.

Officially unveiled on September 27, the program is giving C.A.R.E. a new meaning as the program aims to bring patient partnership to a whole new level through Compassion, Assistance, Relationship and Empathy - the values that Red Coat Ambassador should possess.

The said program is open to all TMC Iloilo employees and other volunteers who has the passion to serve with a heart and spark human connection and engagement through meaningful conversations.
