Our customers will now start to receive their bills through SMS and email. If you have not received your bill yet, you may send an email to pldtbilling@pldt.com.ph. You may also view your bill by creating your myHome account at my.pldthome.com or through the myPLDT Smart app which you can download via Google Play or Apple App store. With the myPLDT Smart app, customers can also conveniently track their bills and payments.

2.      Pay your PLDT Home bills online.

Avoid the hassle of lining up at PLDT Sales and Service Centers and other establishments just to pay your bills. You can safely pay your bills fast and easy at the comfort of your homes through PLDT Home’s internet banking partners, PayMaya or through PLDT PayExpress Online. 3.      Enjoy no-interest payment installment for your PLDT Home bills.

PLDT Home has implemented an installment payment program of up to six (6) months without interest fees for all its postpaid customers with outstanding balances as of April 30, 2020. All PLDT Home accounts are automatically enrolled to the installment payment scheme and subscribers will receive an updated statement of account which will reflect the installment amount and the monthly service due for the corresponding month.
