One of the reasons why Sheridan Boutique Resort is being sought
after by many is that its restaurant – Ayanna Garden Restaurant – is known to
serve the best-tasting foods in Iloilo. Balinese themed, the restaurant oozes
of class and luxury, but, surprisingly, serves many of the Ilonggos’ comfort

food bloggers and media friends. With Chef Miner del Mundo at the helm, we expected
only the best and were not disappointed. The dishes tickled our discriminating
palates, leaving us wanting for more.

the creative and dedicated people at Ayanna’s kitchen were able to whip up.

cast your line into the lagoon and go fishing for your next meal. Freshwater
catch is Php350 net/kilo for tilapia and Php250 net/kilo for milkfish. You can
have the restaurant staff clean and cook the fish for Php300 net.
For those who prefer a day visit, the resort has pool
packages for everyone. Adults and children can enjoy a swim in the crystal
clear waters of Azure Infinity Pool for only Php250 and Php200 net
respectively. Two other packages are pool use with lunch or dinner for only
Php500 net/person and day use of room with swimming at Php1,500 net/person.
