BellaVita Iloilo to provide affordable housing to Ilonggos

The project was launched last May this year and as of June 7, about 53% of the 200 units initially released are already sold. “We are very happy with how the reception is here in Iloilo for our new project,” said May Rodriguez, Vice President.

    We moved in August 24,2023.
    The water supply is just not yet functional as of the moment.
    But we already paid the 6,500 fee. A water meter is already installed .
    Our neighbors are paying 50 pesos per drum water supply .
    No street lights yet in our phase.
    But we already requested to the management. Hoping for their immediate response and action.
