Owning a home is every family’s dream. This goal can now be
easily achieved with the help of BellaVita, the newest socialized housing
project in Iloilo. Located in Brgy. San Jose in San Miguel, the housing
community encompasses 11.7 hectares of land where 1,800 affordable houses will
be built by BellaVita Land Corporation, a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc.
During a press launching held recently, company executives headed
by Lyle Abadia, president of Bellavita Land Corporation, revealed to the media
and bloggers the features and amenities of the project.

own. They can now purchase quality homes for as low as P450,000 per unit, in a
community where one can enjoy a complete and comfortable life. Owning a home is
a milestone for many Filipinos and we hope to provide opportunities for them to
achieve this basic need,” said Lyle Abadia.

The project was launched last May this year and as of June
7, about 53% of the 200 units initially released are already sold. “We are very
happy with how the reception is here in Iloilo for our new project,” said May
Rodriguez, Vice President.

with 6 units in one cluster. Each lot is 36 sq. meters, while the house has 22
sq. meters floor area and will have a modern contemporary architecture. Buyers
who opt for bigger spaces may combine multiple units.
Among the amenities offered is a guarded entrance/exit, a
common parking area, a tricycle terminal area outside, and pocket open spaces.
It will also have a clubhouse, basketball court, parks, playground and a material

We moved in August 24,2023.
The water supply is just not yet functional as of the moment.
But we already paid the 6,500 fee. A water meter is already installed .
Our neighbors are paying 50 pesos per drum water supply .
No street lights yet in our phase.
But we already requested to the management. Hoping for their immediate response and action.
