A Foodie's Delight: 3 Reasons Why I Love Lazy Susan

Iloilo City's vibrant food scene beautifully blends local flavors with global influences. We can explore new, exciting cuisines without leaving the city. One of the must-try restaurants here is Lazy Susan – a delicious and affordable gateway to Taiwanese street food!

I have always been into Filipino food, but Lazy Susan had me stepping outside my comfort zone and expanding my palate. Let me share with you the 3 reasons why you should try Lazy Susan, too.

1. A Delicious Fusion of Flavors

I'm particularly captivated by the delightful fusion of sweet and spicy in their dishes, especially the Sichuan Noodles and Bao, my favorites. Other bestselling dishes that you have to try are the Dumplings, Scallion Wrap, Burger Bao with Char Siu, and Beef Noodle Soup, if you want something hot.

Of course, the buns are not to be missed! There’s the Taiwanese Pepper Bun, filled with peppered meat, for a delightful snack. If you want something more filling, try the Black Sesame Meat Buns, which is loaded with pulled pork, braised pork, egg and peppered pork.

I swear, manamit gid ya tanan. You have to try everything! If you want a spicier kick on your food, just add Sichuan sauce.

2. Affordable, Tasty Delights

Who would have thought that I can experience the authentic flavors of Taiwanese food for less than 99 pesos? Only at Lazy Susan.

Lazy Susan offers P79 combo meals that can already satisfy your hunger and cravings! These are the Noodles and Bao (Combo 1), and Dumpling with Scallion Pancakes (Combo 2). For a heartier meal, they also offer a Bao and Taiwanese Beef Soup Combo for P120.

Those on a tight budget can already have a snack for as low as P40 (Burger Bao with Char Siu), P65 (Taiwanese Pepper Bun), or P85 (2 pcs. Bao). Other delicious delights can be ordered at affordable prices that range from P165 to P499. Busog ka sa Lazy Susan.

3. Accessible Location

You need not go far to have a taste of Taiwanese food. Lazy Susan is strategically located at the Food Hall, 2nd level of the Northwing of SM City Iloilo, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

Don’t wait long. Head over to Lazy Susan and embark on a delightful culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Taiwan!
